Job Description
- The Program Officer will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of YPHO’s programs. This includes planning, coordinating, and evaluating program activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of program activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of project activities, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Prepare program reports and assist in monitoring and evaluation.
- Coordinate with field staff, partners, and donors to ensure smooth implementation.
- Contribute to proposal development and donor reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in development studies, public health, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in program management, preferably with an NGO.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong writing and reporting skills.
