Job Title: Program Officer

Job Summary
- The applicant must be able to develop project proposals, strategic plans and detailed work plans consistent with the organization’s objectives as well as oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with established timelines, budget and deliverables.
- The applicant must be able to conduct community needs assessments and engage stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities
- Plan and facilitate workshops, training sessions and community engagement events
- Gather and analyze program performance data and present findings to stakeholders and donor agencies
- Represent the organization in external events, meetings and conferences and also provide training and mentorship to field staff and volunteers to ensure adherence to best practices.
Requirements
- The applicant must be preferably a female who resides within Ondo town.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years experience.
