Role Description
- This is a Hybrid role for Program Manager at Women Reform Organization.
- The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, managing volunteers, conducting training sessions, and strategic planning for various initiatives aimed at empowering African women.
- This position involves remote coordination and communication with volunteers and stakeholders.

- Strategic Planning abilities
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience in nonprofit or humanitarian organizations
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Passion for women’s empowerment and social impact
