We seek to employ a dynamic and innovative person who has experience working in different Value chains across Nigeria and Africa. Someone who can work collectively with host communities, design home-grown solutions that improve the livelihood and resilience of the communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving clients daily to their desired destinations.
  • Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks and arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
  • Delivering packages to clients (if any) in a timely manner.
  • Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
  • Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
  • Interacting with clients in professional conduct.
  • Working at night and on weekends if necessary.
  • Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
  • Log all trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes, greasing etc daily.
  • Ensure timely conveyance of staff and materials to and from places as instructed by supervisor or the manager.
  • Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times.
  • Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager
  • Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance
  • Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hour
  • Adhere to all the local traffic laws

Required skills & Experience

  • A valid drivers’ license
  • 3 years of cooperate driving experience
  • No records of traffic violation
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Team player
  • Great interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be within 25-35 years
  • Extensive knowledge of the operating area
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency using GPS devices.
  • Sound knowledge of road safety regulations
  • Valid state drivers’ license
  • S/he must be focused, confident, and observant
  • S/he must be ready to work for long hours and open to traveling.
