Job Summary
The Procurement Intern will support the procurement unit in ensuring timely, transparent, and compliant acquisition of goods and services in line with organizational and donor policies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing procurement plans and tracking tools
- Support vendor sourcing, quotations, and bid analysis
- Maintain procurement documentation and filing systems
- Assist in contract preparation and follow-up with vendors
- Support delivery tracking and verification of goods/services
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of procurement processes
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
