Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project activities, including scheduling field engagements, tracking deliverables, and updating workplans.
  • Draft and maintain project documentation, including activity trackers, LGA engagement logs, device inventories, and implementation calendars.
  • Record minutes for technical meetings, LGA sessions, and state-level working groups, capturing clear action points and deadlines.
  • Assist in preparation of materials for trainings, supervision visits, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Conduct follow-ups with facilities and LGAs to ensure timely submission of attendance data, functionality reports, and other deliverables.
  • Support the Project Officer in maintaining communication between Kano SPHCMB, HCMF technical teams, vendors, and the biometric systems unit.
  • Consolidate weekly and monthly operational updates for review by the Program Officer and Program Manager.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Information Systems, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination, field support, or program administration.
