Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities, including scheduling field engagements, tracking deliverables, and updating workplans.
- Draft and maintain project documentation, including activity trackers, LGA engagement logs, device inventories, and implementation calendars.
- Record minutes for technical meetings, LGA sessions, and state-level working groups, capturing clear action points and deadlines.
- Assist in preparation of materials for trainings, supervision visits, and stakeholder consultations.
- Conduct follow-ups with facilities and LGAs to ensure timely submission of attendance data, functionality reports, and other deliverables.
- Support the Project Officer in maintaining communication between Kano SPHCMB, HCMF technical teams, vendors, and the biometric systems unit.
- Consolidate weekly and monthly operational updates for review by the Program Officer and Program Manager.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Information Systems, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination, field support, or program administration.
