Job Summary
- We are seeking a strategic Partnerships & Sponsorship Lead to develop and manage relationships with organizations, foundations, and corporate partners that support Ruebits’ initiatives and growth.
- This role will play a critical part in securing support for programs such as One Child One Bible, community learning initiatives, and child development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporate organizations and foundations
- Secure sponsorships for Ruebits initiatives and outreach programs
- Prepare partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and presentations
- Maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders
- Coordinate reporting and recognition for supporting partners
- Support fundraising initiatives and strategic growth opportunities
- Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to highlight partner impact
Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Communications
- International Relations
- Nonprofit Development
Preferred:
- Fundraising or nonprofit development training
- Corporate partnerships or stakeholder engagement training
- Experience in donor relations, sponsorship development, or corporate engagement is highly desirable.
