Job Description
- They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership, drive operational efficiency, and support the achievement of organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operational activities and business processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Manage budgets, resources, and organizational workflows.
- Drive business development initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships.
- *Support marketing, communication, and public relations activities.
- Monitor organizational performance and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management, business development, project management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budgeting, operational planning, and performance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Salary
N350,000 Monthly.
