Job Title: Operations Manager (Middle – level)
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Upkeep of pertinent databases.
- Make sure to hold regular meetings to discuss systems and procedures.
- Suggest improvements and let people know about them.
- Work together with developers and system users to ensure that issues are fixed.
- Perform system checks before launch.
- Aid in the smooth implementation of new software and mode of operation
- Organize regular project coordination meetings with the project team
- Ensure budget utilization and physical target achievements are reviewed at least once a month as per the work plan
- Activities are correctly completed across the entire camp and that expected standards are met
- Monitor the implementation and use of the system, look for anomalies, and take the necessary action to escalate.
Requirements
- Must have a B.Sc / HND in Management Sciences.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an operations manager.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly
