Role Overview:
- Bridged Centre for Impact (BCI) is seeking a creative and skilled Multimedia Content Producer – AI Video & Animation to support the production of short, engaging animated explainer videos and multimedia content for the Online Educational Enhancement Impact Project.
- This role will focus on creating youth-friendly, visually compelling content for SHS learners, as well as promotional videos for stakeholders, partners, and social media. The ideal candidate is confident using AI-powered tools to speed up production while maintaining high quality, clear storytelling, and consistent branding.
Key Responsibilities:
The Multimedia Content Producer will:
- Develop animated explainer videos (30 seconds to 3 minutes) for project awareness and learner engagement
- Create content for LinkedIn, WhatsApp, YouTube, and the BCI learning platform
- Support script development, storyboarding, and creative planning in collaboration with the BCI team
- Edit video content (voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, music, motion graphics) to deliver polished outputs
- Use AI tools to support animation, voice generation, captioning, and rapid content development
- Ensure all outputs align with BCI’s branding (colours, fonts, tone, messaging)
- Deliver final content in required formats and sizes (portrait, landscape, square)
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants should have:
- Proven experience in video production, editing, or animation (portfolio required)
- Strong ability to create motion graphics and animated visuals
- Experience using AI-supported tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Descript, Synthesia, Pictory, Animaker, Vyond, Runway, or similar
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and engaging visual stories
Deliverables:
- Animated explainer videos for the project
- Short social media cuts and promotional reels
- Branded templates and reusable multimedia assets (where applicable)
