Thlama Peace Foundation (TPF) is a peace-focused non-profit organization based in Nigeria, with a significant presence in the Northeast. The organization is duly registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2021 to operate in Nigeria with registration number 167039.

Prior to official registration, TPF provided peacebuilding services to communities affected by the crisis in Nigeria that has bedeviled the region for over ten years. The organization has expertise in peacebuilding, education, child protection, livelihood & Gender-Based Violence.

Thlama Peace Foundation is a humanitarian non-profit organization committed to promoting peace, social cohesion, and sustainable development in vulnerable communities. We are seeking dedicated, motivated, and experienced volunteers to join our team in the following positions:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support development and use of M&E tools and data collection systems
  • Assist in monitoring project activities and tracking indicators
  • Collect, analyze, and compile program data and reports
  • Participate in field visits, assessments, and evaluations
  • Support learning and accountability processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ working experience and to save as volunteer in monitoring and evaluation
  • Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Monitoring & Evaluation, or Social Sciences or related field.
  • Support in conducting surveys, baseline studies, and endline evaluations. 
  • Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with humanitarian project cycles
  • Technical Skills  Ms Word and Ms Excel is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Location: Maiduguri
