Rehabilitation Empowerment and Better Health Initiative (REBHI) is a National Non-governmental organization that aims to respond to the need of vulnerable communities through supporting self-reliant empowerment activities particularly for women and youth and other vulnerable members of the society.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement MEAL plans, frameworks, and tools for project activities.
- Conduct field monitoring, quality assessments, and data validation.
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of program data.
- Ensure accountability mechanisms, including feedback and complaints response.
- Train project staff and stakeholders on MEAL methodologies and tools.
- Document lessons learned, success stories, and best practices.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and submit timely MEAL reports.
- Experience in MEAL, preferably in humanitarian or development programs.
- Strong knowledge of M&E tools, methodologies, and data collection techniques.
- Experience with digital data collection tools such as Kobo Toolbox, ODK, or Comm Care.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, SPSS, or Power BIis an advantage.
- Strong report writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
