One Health Resilience Initiative (OHRI) is a registered Nigerian nonprofit organization (CAC/IT/8929397) formally incorporated in 2025. OHRI is dedicated to strengthening the wellbeing of people, animals, and the environment through integrated action.

Location Adamawa
Leads the design and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) frameworks to measure program impact, ensure data quality, and drive evidence-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop organizational MEAL policies, frameworks, indicators, and data collection tools.
- Oversee baseline, midline, and endline evaluations for all programs.
- Build the capacity of staff and volunteers in M&E concepts, data collection, and reporting.
- Manage the organization\’s data management systems and ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Prepare MEAL sections of donor reports, proposals, and organizational learning documents.
- Facilitate after-action reviews, lessons-learned sessions, and adaptive management processes.
Specific Requirements:
- Master\’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Development Studies, or a related quantitative field.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in M&E within development or humanitarian organizations.
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, survey design, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, SPSS, STATA, R, or Python) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with mobile data collection platforms (ODK, KoboToolbox, CommCare).
- Commitment of 6–12 months minimum.

- Must be a Nigerian citizen or legal resident.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong commitment to OHRI\’s mission, vision, and core values (Resilience, Inclusivity, Stewardship, Integrity, Evidence, Collaboration).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hausa or local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in multicultural teams.
- Willingness to travel to field locations within assigned states, including rural and underserved communities.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet); advanced digital skills required for technical roles.
- Must possess a valid means of identification (National ID, Voter\’s Card, Driver\’s License, or International Passport).
