Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed market research to uncover consumer preferences, trends, and buying behaviors.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities to differentiate our products.
  • Design and execute innovative branding strategies that elevate the company’s market presence.
  • Create engaging marketing content and materials tailored to specific consumer segments.
  • Plan and implement campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
  • Track digital marketing performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Develop and oversee retail promotions to drive product sales in outlets and supermarkets.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to ensure prime product placement and visibility.
  • Organize product launches, sampling campaigns, and events that connect with consumers.
  • Enhance brand engagement through creative and memorable consumer experiences.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2C marketing within the FMCG or food product sector.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a track record of managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing tools.
