Key Responsibilities
- Capturing high-quality photos and videos during outreaches, projects, and events
- Editing outreach footage into long-form documentary-style videos that tell clear, compelling stories about each outreach
- Creating short, engaging video content and graphics for social media platforms
- Managing all PGWF social media pages, including content planning, posting, and scheduling
- Driving consistent social media growth, reach, and audience engagement
- Developing creative storytelling ideas to communicate PGWF’s mission and impact
- Collaborating with program and operations teams to ensure media aligns with project goals
- Monitoring content performance using analytics and insights
- Making data-driven improvements to content strategy based on performance results
- Maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts with results
- Strong skills in video shooting and editing (short-form and long-form content)
- Ability to create narrative-driven videos that communicate impact and emotion
- Experience with social media analytics and performance optimization
- Solid understanding of content trends across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube e.t.c.)
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and with a team
- Previous experience with NGOs or impact-focused organizations is an advantage.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month.
