Job Purpose
The logistics Officer will manage procurement, transportation, warehousing, inventory control, assets management and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient project implementation in compliance with Donor and Organizational Policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement planning and implementation
- Prepare procurement requests, Quotations, Bid Analysis and purchase orders
- Ensure procurement processes comply with Donor and Organizational Policies
- Maintain Procurement records and Documentations
- Manage receipts, storage and distribution of project supplies
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation
- Support Audits and Compliance reviews
- Ensure proper tagging, tracking and maintenance of organizational assets
