Summary
- The position holder will be responsible for providing efficient and reliable logistics and driving support to GPD Kaduna team.
- This includes ensuring adherence to standard driving regulations, vehicle safety procedures, and the Nigerian Highway Code at all times.
- The Officer will support project teams with transportation needs and assist in both short-term and long-term logistics functions, thereby contributing to the effective delivery of program goals and the broader objectives of the organization.
Required Academic Qualification and Experience
- Not less than 4 years’ experience in professional driving.
- Certified professional driving training (preferred)
- Fluent in English, Hausa and other local languages
- Proven experience of working with international organization / Local NGOs.
Essential Competencies / Skills:
- Valid driving license
- Demonstrate defensive driving skills (in town and on direct road)
- Good communication skills
- Basic routine maintenance and vehicle handling skills.
