Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, and drafting contracts.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment to meet operational needs.
- Develop strategies to minimize inventory costs while ensuring availability.
- Plan and execute the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with logistics providers to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement and logistics activities.
- Generate reports to analyze and improve supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics and procurement.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
