LETSAI is calling upon potential Bidders suppliers/vendors to submit their quotation regarding procurement of Construction of Ramps, Handrails and other Infrastructure for Access Improvement for Persons with Disability (Activity 1.9 phase 2) to be delivered at No. 313 Pompomari by pass Opposite Kotoloma Filing station Maiduguri, Borno State.
Procedure:
- Bidders are expected to collect the following
- Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- Impartiality form from LETSAI in Maiduguri.
- Bidders are expected to submit quotation for Procurement of Construction of Ramps, Handrails and other Infrastructure for Access Improvement for persons with Disability (Activity 1.9 phase 2)
- Bidders are expected to attach alongside the quotation the following document
- Certificate of incorporation
- Tax certificate
- Bank detail form
- REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)
- Impartiality forms
- Bidder is expected to sign and stamp all the above documents
- The Bidders are expected to submit their quotation on or before 16:00hours 3rd of July, 2025 to LETSAI office or submit through email: [email protected] and copy [email protected].
