One Health Resilience Initiative (OHRI) is a registered Nigerian nonprofit organization (CAC/IT/8929397) formally incorporated in 2025. OHRI is dedicated to strengthening the wellbeing of people, animals, and the environment through integrated action.
Experience1 – 3 years
Location Adamawa
Documents lessons learned, manages organizational knowledge assets, and facilitates learning and information-sharing across teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain OHRI\’s knowledge management strategy and digital repository.
- Document best practices, case studies, success stories, and lessons learned from programs.
- Organize learning events, webinars, and communities of practice for staff and partners.
- Manage the organizational intranet, shared drives, and document control systems.
- Ensure all program documents are properly archived, version-controlled, and accessible.
- Produce organizational learning briefs and contribute to external knowledge platforms.
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Information Science, Library Science, Communications, or Development Studies.
- 1–3 years of experience in knowledge management, documentation, or organizational learning.
- Strong writing, editing, and information organization skills.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, SharePoint, Notion, Slack).
- Commitment of 3–6 months minimum.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (APPLY TO ALL POSITIONS)
- Must be a Nigerian citizen or legal resident.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong commitment to OHRI\’s mission, vision, and core values (Resilience, Inclusivity, Stewardship, Integrity, Evidence, Collaboration).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hausa or local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in multicultural teams.
- Willingness to travel to field locations within assigned states, including rural and underserved communities.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet); advanced digital skills required for technical roles.
- Must possess a valid means of identification (National ID, Voter\’s Card, Driver\’s License, or International Passport).
