Position Overview:
- As IT/Tech Officers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure efficient and effective operations. Drawing upon your expertise in IT and healthcare/development, you will lead efforts to implement and maintain technology solutions that support our programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
- Provide technical support to staff, volunteers, and partners on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Lead the implementation and integration of new IT solutions, applications, and technologies to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage IT procurement, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and asset management.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit sector.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles.
- Experience with healthcare information systems (e.g., EMR/EHR systems) is preferred.
- Proficiency in networking, database management, and cloud computing technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends.
