Responsibilites
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Run daily routine check on CPanel webmail system
- maintain computer systems and networks
- Resolve communication issues relating to email and/or CUGs.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replace parts as required on laptops/phones.
- Test and evaluate new technology
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Run daily checks and maintenance of Server system
- Managing PIL social media
- Ensuring PIL website is operational.
- Assists in monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
- Assists in creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, and other records and databases
- Assisting other departments (such as finance,HR,etc.) with administrative or clerical support
