Malaria Consortium Nigeria is committed to tackling the large number of malaria cases and deaths in the country. Working in partnership with the Ministry of Health and other partners, we lead and support three major malaria control initiatives in the country:
Experience: 2 years experience.
Location of Assignment: Ebonyi and Osun state, Nigeria .
Duration: April- May 2021.
Malaria Consortium requires qualified Data collectors who will provide TA support in carrying out an assessment of HMIS and commodity logistics management system’s readiness for IPTi in Osun and Ebonyi and validate health facility listing to support project design.
Specific tasks for Data Collectors
- Attend a training by the consultant
- Collect data from assigned health facilities/communities
- Deliverables for data collectors
- Attendance list at training
- Completed data collection tools and
- Summary report submitted to consultant
Qualification and Person specification Data collectors (2)
- OND/HND or diploma in a relevant academic field
- At least 2 years’ experience in data collection for surveys
- Ability to use hand-held devices for data collection
- Owns a personal computer/laptop
