Call for Quotations:
Christian Aid Nigeria is soliciting quotations from interested vendors with proven track records for the procurement of irrigation equipment and accessories for the MCF youth in work project participants in Gombi, Hong, Mubi North, Mubi South, Michika, and Madagali LGAs, Adamawa State. Criteria for Bidding:
- Comprehensive Company Profile: Including verifiable office address, active phone numbers, and email addresses. (Compulsory)
- Proof of Company Registration in Nigeria: Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) documents (Compulsory)
- Limited Liabilities: Form CAC 2 – Statement of Share Capital and Return of Allotment of Shares, CO2 – Share Allotment Form if applicable, CO7 – Particulars of Directors, Form CAC7A – Notice of Change of Directors or address. (Compulsory)
- Business Name: Certificate of Incorporation, Form BN-01 – Proprietor’s Particulars. (Compulsory)
- Proof of Tax Identification Number (TIN)/VAT Certificate: and a recent copy of the current tax clearance certificate for 2023. (Compulsory)
- Evidence of Past Experiences: with reputable organizations/clients, preferably International Non-Governmental Organisations, to whom similar supplies and/or installation were provided (Copies of letters of award & successful completion certificates and supporting reference letters should be attached). (Compulsory)
- Evidence of Bank Account: in the name of the company/business entity.
- Evidence of Registration: with any related governmental or regulatory institution, e.g., registration certificate with SCUML.
