Invitation to Bid No.: NGA-ITB-011-24 Truck Rental Services Borno state.
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant from various Donors for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation in the Northeast and Northwest of Nigeria. Part of this operation is the Provision of Truck rental services within Borno state & its LGAs. Therefore, the DRC is intending to sign one or several framework agreements and requests you to submit price bid(s) for the supply of Truck rental services.

Important information regarding this ITB:
- This ITB is launched for the purpose of establishing a framework agreement with Service Providers for the service of truck rental for a period of 12 months.
- An extension up to 12 months is possible with the request of the Purchaser and approval from Service Provider.
- A Framework agreement is not binding for DRC to place any Purchase Orders. DRC will place orders to the awarded Service Provider based on the agreement as per its requirement.
- DRC may choose to cancel the agreement if deemed necessary.
- DRC may choose to split the contract award to more than one Service Provider.
- DRC will require only bidder who have passed administrative requirement/Evaluation to provide requested Trucks and drivers for physical check.
- The delivery time of the supply of services shall be within 2days of placing order. DRC may terminate the contract or impose other penalties if Service Provider fails to deliver Trucks within this period.
- No advance payment will be paid to the awarded Service Provider. The awarded Service Provider is expected to mobilize its own resources to deliver the agreed vehicles.
