Dear Bidder,
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Nigeria invites you to submit a Bid to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNDP-NGA-00742: Lot 12 – Procurement and Installation of Robotics and Automation for the University of Lagos (UNIPOD) Project.
Steps to Participate:
- Subscription and Registration:
- This tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP Quantum.
- If you are interested in submitting a bid, subscribe by following the instructions in the user guide.
- If you haven’t registered a profile with this system, register using the Supplier Registration link.
- Existing Suppliers:
- If you already have a supplier profile, log in to the Supplier Portal and search for the negotiation using the reference number UNDP-NGA-00742, following the user guide instructions.
- Bid Submission:
- Indicate your intention to submit a bid by creating a draft response in the system without submitting it directly. This enables the system to send notifications if there are any amendments to the tender requirements.
- Submit your offers directly in the system using this link: Supplier Portal with your profile.
- If you’ve never registered before, use the registration link shared via the procurement notice and follow the guides available on the UNDP website.
- Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature if you do not remember your password or username from previous registration.

- Inquiries and Clarifications:
- Bidders must send their inquiries and requests for clarifications related to Terms of Reference/Specification/Other bidding documents using the messaging functionality in the Quantum portal.
- Language:
- Documents should be submitted in English.

- A Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. (Nigerian time) via Zoom.
