We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Obubra, Cross River
Job Description
- Conduct HIV testing services efficiently and accurately at designated points.
- Facilitate drug pick-ups for clients at differentiated service delivery locations.
- Provide tailored adherence support and timely treatment monitoring to clients.
- Deliver essential wrap-around services to address client needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all services provided in relevant systems.
- Provide other services as assigned.
Minimum Recruitment Standard
- A registered Nurse with 1-2 years of public health experience.
- Familiarity with the terrain of Northern Cross River State.
- Experience in the case management approach.
