We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ICT4D Technology and Training Administrator (TTA)

Location: Bauchi
Employment Type: Full Time

Purpose of the Assignment

  • The goal of this assignment is to train, build the capacity and provide technical support to health facility workers and community drug distributors (CDD) teams on the use of ICT4D technology for SMC implementation.
  • Additionally, each of the consultants / Technical and Training Assistant (TTA) will be responsible for monitoring and providing supportive supervision and oversight to them on SMC technology-related issues under the direct supervision of the ICT4D Cluster Supervisor, with dotted line management from the LGA Field Assistant and technical oversight from the State Senior M&E Officer.

Scope of Work

  • The assignment will employ in-person strategy in its delivery

Expected Output / Deliverables

  • ICT4D trainings conducted at HF and CDD levels (Training report and e-attendance)
  • All available BYOD devices provisioned before commencement of drug administration (Server Sync log)
  • End-of-Cycle Reports
  • LGA Field Assistant-Approved Activity timesheets
  • Duly signed TTA clearance form

Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Sc / HND in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in using and troubleshooting digital data collection tools and android mobile applications/devices for health interventions or any other related project.
  • Experience in the use of data collection tool like DHIS2, Red Rose One solution, KoboCollect, ODK, ONA, SurveyCTO, or any other electronic data collection tool.
  • Possess good facilitation skills, with monitoring and supervision verifiable experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer software – MS Office packages (highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel), M & E and other statistical and data analytics tools.
  • Must possess a mobile Android device and a functional laptop computer.

  • Proficient in English Language.
  • Ability to speak the local language in state of residence would be an added advantage.
