Role Description
- This is a volunteer remote role for a Human Resources Officer at AODI.
- The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, policy development, employee relations, and job description development. Day-to-day tasks will involve supporting HR functions to ensure effective management of human capital within the organization.
Qualifications
- HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in Employee Relations and Job Description Development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Passion for youth and women empowerment through education and capacity building
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
