Background.
Center for Advocacy, Transparency and Accountability Initiative (CATAI) was established in 2018 a registered NGO with Head Office in Maiduguri – Borno State, with offices across Yobe and Adamawa state. We have been visible in Borno Adamawa and Yobe states implementing projects in Education, Protection (Child /GBV), WaSH, Nutrition, Empowerment/Livelihood, Governance and Peace Building. Our approach is aligned with our mission to enhance services delivery and empower citizens, through our Humanitarian, Development, and peace building nexus (HDP).
We are recruiting to fill the position below: –
| Position: Human Resources Intern No. of positions: 1 Reports To: Human Resources Manager Duty Station: Maiduguri Contract Term: 6 Months fixed term | Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires in Maiduguri field office. Documentation of new hires and file management. Support with tracking of leave, time-sheet and exit documents. Support with Scanning documents and updating the online staff database. Support with Filing, labelling of all files accordingly of hard copies of staff documents. Support with compilation of Health Insurance and Life Insurance Documents for Maiduguri staff | Work Experience: Fresh graduate who has completed NYSC and is residing in Maiduguri. Good computer skills (Excel and word).Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality. language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English. | B.SC/B.A or HND and any other in Social science related course. |
