marginalized populations across Nigeria. Location: Gwoza & Dikwa Borno State
Duration: 12 Months (Renewable)

Position Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, staff welfare, and compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff.
- Maintain updated employee records and HR database.
- Support staff capacity building and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and donor regulations.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports and support audits as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is an advantage).
- Minimum of 4 years’ HR experience, preferably in NGO settings.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
