FITC is a world-class, innovation-led, and technology-driven knowledge organization, established in 1981 as a non-profit organisation limited by guarantee, based on the Company’s Act of 1968, in response to the recommendations of the Pius Okigbo Committee. The Committee was set up by the Federal Government of Nigeria to review the Nigerian financial system. FITC was established to provide innovative knowledge solutions and capacity building programmes that develop and strengthens resources for the Nigerian financial services sector through Advisory services, Learning, Research and Advocacy.

FITC is owned by the Banker’s Committee, which comprises of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), all licensed banks, and discount housesinNigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Consultant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilties

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and opportunities through in-depth discussions and analysis.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze clients’ internal capabilities, resources, and performance metrics to assess strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategic plans, roadmaps, and frameworks to guide clients’ long-term growth and success.
  • Facilitate strategic planning workshops and brainstorming sessions to align stakeholders and develop consensus on strategic priorities.
  • Evaluate financial performance, profitability, and ROI of potential strategic initiatives and investments.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making and scenario analysis.
  • Support clients in implementing strategic initiatives and organizational changes, providing guidance on change management best practices.
  • Facilitate communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption and execution of strategic plans.
  • Evaluate financial performance, profitability, and ROI of potential strategic initiatives and investments.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making and scenario analysis.
  • Identify and assess strategic risks and uncertainties that may impact clients’ business objectives and performance.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize exposure and maximize opportunities.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, providing regular updates and insights to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional expertise backed up substantial experience in HR Consulting.
  • Expertise in HR Consulting, Management Consulting and or Technology Consulting.
  • University degree, master’s degree preferred
  • Relevant certifications
