Description
- We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Hotel Manager to lead operations and drive growth while upholding our values of excellence, sustainability, and hospitality.
- He will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and commercial performance of the resort.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations, excellent guest satisfaction, and ensure profitability
- Oversee all resort departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Security, and entire operations
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resort aesthetics while resolving guest complaints and maintaining compliance with all health and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and profitability
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs
- Review financial reports and operational figures regularly
- Foster a positive, professional, and guest-focused work culture
- Work with marketing to promote the resort and manage online presence
- Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners
- Oversee events, weddings, and group bookings to maximize revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s Degree/MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years in hotel/resort management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record in guest service and operation
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Must reside or be willing to relocate to Abeokuta.
