We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Hotel / Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Foundation’s guest accommodation and facilities.
- Supervise housekeeping and front desk operations.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility inspections.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, patients, visitors, and staff.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and facility supplies.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in hospitality, hotel, or facility management. Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
