Salary Range: N400,000 – N700,000 Monthly

Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Program Implementation & Management:
- Design, implement, and evaluate health intervention programs.
- Ensure program activities align with organizational goals and donor requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, government agencies, and healthcare providers.
- Health Education & Awareness:
- Conduct community outreach and health education programs.
- Train community health workers on disease prevention and health promotion.
- Develop IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials.
- Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E):
- Track and report program progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct surveys, focus group discussions, and assessments.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for improving interventions.
- Case Management & Support Services:
- Identify and support vulnerable individuals requiring medical and social support.
- Facilitate referrals to appropriate healthcare services.
- Provide follow-up care and support for beneficiaries.
- Collaboration & Networking:
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local and international NGOs, government agencies, and healthcare facilities.

- Administrative & Reporting Duties:
- Prepare regular reports for donors and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, beneficiaries, and program impact.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and donor policies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/BSc in Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in NGO, public health, or project management is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
