Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified candidate to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research to identify potential grant opportunities aligned with our mission.
- Compose and submit persuasive grant proposals that respond to funder priorities.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to diversify revenue streams.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with donors, partners, and funding bodies to enhance collaborative efforts.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the status of funding applications as well as donor engagement metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in grant writing and fundraising within the nonprofit sector.
- Exceptional research and writing skills with a proven record of securing competitive grants.
- In-depth understanding of the donor landscape, particularly in development and nonprofit environments.
- Capacity to work autonomously while adhering to timelines and project deadlines.
A strong commitment to gender equality and social impact initiatives.
