Description 

  • Bincike International is seeking experienced Grant and Proposal Writing Specialists to join our New Business Team. As a specialist, you will play a key role in researching, writing, and editing grant proposals to secure funding from renowned organizations such as USAID, EU, GIZ, and UN.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify funding opportunities from USAID, EU, GIZ, UN, and other relevant organizations.
  • Develop and write high-quality grant proposals, including concept notes, proposals, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the New Business Team to design and develop project concepts, logical frameworks, and theories of change.
  • Ensure all proposals meet the requirements and guidelines of the funding organizations.
  • Edit and review proposals to ensure accuracy, coherence, and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a database of funding opportunities and track deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully securing grants from USAID, EU, GIZ, UN, or other international funding organizations.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in grant writing, proposal development, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with logical frameworks, theories of change, and project design.
