Job Summary

  • The KNOSK Charity Education Initiative is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Fundraiser to support the organisation in mobilising financial and other resources for its educational and social-impact programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Fundraiser will be responsible for identifying and pursuing grants, sponsorships, donor and partnership opportunities
  • Developing compelling proposals and fundraising materials
  • Building and maintaining relationships with donors and partners
  • Supporting fundraising campaigns and resource mobilisation activities
  • Tracking fundraising opportunities and targets
  • Providing timely donor communications and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in  Business Administration, Communications, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field with at least 2+ years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, business development, resource mobilization, donor relations, or a related role.
  • Excellent writing, research, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in education, nonprofit, charity, or social-impact organisations is an advantage.

  • The ideal candidate is persuasive, resourceful, relationship-oriented, and target-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and convert fundraising prospects into tangible support.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
