About the Project
We are excited to announce the kickoff of Stage 3 of the Community-Led Programme (CLP). As outlined in the Expression of Interest (EOI), this stage will focus on Child Health Campaign visits conducted by trained Field Level Workers (FLWs) at the community level. The aim is to strengthen vaccine uptake, improve awareness, and support households in accessing routine immunization services.
Key Responsibilities
The Field Level Worker will be responsible for:
- Validate Connect platform’s capability to support commodity-based health interventions autonomously, specifically the procurement, distribution, and verification of ORS and Zinc co-packs alongside vaccine promotion.
- Test end-to-end supply chain management by Locally Led Organizations (LLOs), including ordering, distribution, inventory management, and verified delivery to beneficiaries.
- Complete 500 verified Child Health Campaign visits with full documentation, and photo verification
- Demonstrate the organization’s ability to manage a complex, commodity-based intervention with minimal direct support from Dimagi.
- Document challenges with commodity logistics, verification processes, and platform usability to inform product improvements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of SSCE/Secondary School Certificate; additional training in community mobilization, health promotion, or related fields is an added advantage.
- Prior experience working as a community volunteer, mobilizer, FLW, or CHW is desirable.
- Must reside in the target community or LGA.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage households respectfully and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to walk long distances and conduct regular field visits.
- Basic ability to record information accurately.
