Job Title: Foreman
Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary
- The Foreman is responsible for overseeing the assembly and production of prefabricated steel cabins, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct assembly team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and support to team members during assembly operations.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of assembly work.
- Verify that all materials and components are properly stored and utilized.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., design, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any issues, delays, or concerns to management.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Oversee the assembly of prefabricated steel cabins, including framing, roofing, and finishing.
- Ensure that all assemblies meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular checks on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Implement and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experince.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a prefabricated building or construction industry.
- Knowledge of prefabricated steel cabin assembly processes and techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control principles.
