Financial Modelling Consultant At Hope, Compassion, and Mercy Foundation

HCM Foundation; Hope, Compassion, and Mercy Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to strengthening health systems through innovative, data-driven, and people-centered approaches. We are seeking qualified candidates for multiple full-time positions across several states.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build financial models and cost–benefit analyses to quantify the fiscal impact of biometric attendance systems, including reductions in absenteeism-related losses and improvements in payroll discipline.
  • Analyse productivity-linked service delivery gains, estimating the economic value of increased patient coverage, improved workforce deployment, and strengthened supervision.
  • Track and model operational costs, savings, and investment requirements to support state budgeting, donor reporting, and long-term sustainability planning.
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario modelling to forecast return on investment under varying adoption rates, compliance levels, and system scale scenarios.
  • Collaborate with MEL teams, technical leads, and state finance counterparts to ensure financial models accurately reflect real-world data from attendance logs, registries, service delivery counts, and facility operations.
  • Produce clear financial dashboards, briefs, and presentations that translate complex analyses into actionable insights for policymakers and decision-makers.
  • Support development of state-level business cases demonstrating how biometric systems and integrated registries improve efficiency, accountability, and service delivery outcomes.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Public Policy, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial modelling, cost–benefit analysis, or economic evaluation, preferably within public-sector or donor-funded projects.
  • Professional certification is required.
