Job Summary:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Revolving Loan Fund by the Standard Chartered Foundation to support entrepreneurs who have graduated from the Revolving Fund program and are selected to access the fund to achieve the financial goals and objectives in line with the FATE School’s strategic direction. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Revolving Loan Fund, ensuring efficient fund disbursement and utilization by eligible entrepreneurs.
  • Monitor the financial health and cash flow of the fund, preparing reports to track performance against benchmarks and projections.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Standard Chartered Foundation, government agencies, and other financial institutions.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts related to the Revolving Loan Fund.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Economics, Finance or a related discipline from an accredited university.
  • Understanding of the concepts and methodologies of micro-lending, and revolving funds.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government entities, foundations, and financial institutions.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office tools and reporting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very good presentation and report writing skills clearly and concisely.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loan management or finance related field.
