Job Purpose
- To manage financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting for the childcare training programme in compliance with project guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project finances and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and expenditure statements.
- Ensure proper documentation of expenses for IDEAS payments.
- Manage the project bank account and ensure accountability.
- Support financial audits and compliance reviews.
- Track project expenditures against the approved budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of financial management experience.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
