- The post holder will ensure maintenance of adequate financial integrity in supporting quality and timely data input for generation of financial reports, review and analyse accounting ledgers.
- S/he will also contribute to strengthening the internal control and accounting systems of ActionAid Nigeria and partner organisations.
Person Specifications
Education/Qualifications
- First degree inAccounting/Finance is essential.
- Relevant accounting professional certification is desirable.
Experience
- At least three (3) years post NYSC experience in related finance position is essential.
- Experience in implementing financial control systemsis essential.
- Development sector experience as a finance person is desirable.
Skill/Abilities
- Sound practical knowledge of any accounting software and Spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to multitask
