Job Title: Field Technician – Solar Energy Systems

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Technician to join our team in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems, including solar PV panels, energy storage systems, and backup solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Install solar energy systems, including solar PV panels, energy storage systems, and backup solutions.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar energy systems.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with solar energy systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure quality control measures are in place, adhering to industry standards.
- Training: Assist in training local technicians and stakeholders on solar energy system installation and maintenance.
Requirements
- Education: OND/HND in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in solar energy system installation and maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including solar PV panels, energy storage systems, and backup solutions.
- Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: NABCEP or equivalent certification in solar PV installation and maintenance (desirable).
