Job Title: Field Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The Field Officer will support the organization’s field operations through member/client engagement, business development, field visits, customer relationship management, and effective service delivery within assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective members/clients.
- Support member acquisition and business development activities.
- Conduct field visits and follow up with prospective and existing members.
- Provide accurate information about the organization’s products and services.
- Maintain positive relationships with members and clients.
- Submit timely and accurate field reports.
- Achieve assigned operational and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Represent Standard Life Organization professionally within the assigned territory.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSCE.
- Age: 22–35 years.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a field environment.
- Willingness to relocate to any assigned location.
