Job Description
- We are seeking to hire a C-Suit Executive Director for our client
- The Executive Director is responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial management of the foundation This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the organization.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans in collaboration with the board and other directors.
- Manage the organization’s budget and financial health, including fundraising and resource allocation.
- Represent the organization in public and professional settings, building relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and inspire staff, volunteers, and members to achieve the organization’s goals.
- Regularly report to the board on organizational performance and key metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within a non-profit or faith-based organization.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven experience in fundraising, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Spirit of David.
