Responsibilities
- As part of the Event Management & Logistics Team, you will:
- Support the planning and coordination of HEN’s Talk events
- Assist in venue preparation and event setup
- Coordinate logistics including materials, equipment, and schedules
- Work with different teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Help manage attendee flow, registration, and event support activities
