Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF) is a non-governmental organization dully registered with Nigerian government through Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT NO: 91613).
Existing since October 2016, AHSF focuses on improving the quality of life of vulnerable population across communities in North East Nigeria. AHSF operates both in emergency and developmental context and have its program principally rooted in identifying gaps that affects population or increases vulnerability of population and bridging those gaps through resource base planning and implementation.

Improving the Provision of Essential and Comprehensive Sexual Reproductive Healthcare Services and Comprehensive Support to Survivors of Sexually Violated Individuals in IDP Camp and Host communities of Rann Kalabalge & Biu LGA in Borno State Nigeria.
ALBARKA HEALTH SPRING FOUNDATION (AHSF) is currently recruiting for the following positions;
Consultancy: (Training) for Comprehensive Sexual Reproductive Healthcare
Number of openings: 2 (1 per location)
Location: Rann & Biu
Key Accountabilities
- The training will focus on service delivery in the Sexual and Reproductive Health Care of women and girls in the selected LGA’s expand access to health services and quality medicines for vulnerable households.
- The training will ensure the provision of life-saving assistance to the most vulnerable people in conflict-affected areas and guarantee that assistance is timely, appropriate and meets the 2022 Humanitarian Response Strategic Objective for health which seeks to address critical problems related to living standard.
Continuation of Key Accountabilities
- To strengthen capacity of Health workers in Reproductive health service delivery and information sharing in IDP Camps and Host Communities.
- Refresher health workers on the comprehensive sexual reproductive healthcare services through information dissemination sessions that will enhance and improve knowledge and services related to SRH.
- To integrate and apply knowledge, as gained from the trainings, on Sexual and reproductive health issues, in institutionalized settings, in a culturally sensitive way to clinical work in policy and practice.
Deliverables at the end of the contract

Standard Minimum Qualifications
- Education: University degree or practical experience in Nursing & Midwifery, public health, environmental health. (RN/RM/RPHN)
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Languages: Fluency (level C) English language.
Desired Experiences for Entry into The Role
- Experience in developing and delivering health- related trainings and workshop.
- Experience in documenting and reporting training outcomes and adjusting modules.
- Experience evaluating and selecting health care providers.
- Experience in working in insecure and difficult environments.
