Hope and Rural Aid Foundation (HARAF) is a National Non-Governmental organisation focused on Humanitarian and developmental response program in Nigeria, with thematic areas across CCCM/Sheter-NFIs, Education, Food Security and Livelihood and Protection.

HARAF works with an excited team to deliver on its humanitarian and development efforts while supporting staff professional development. 

HARAF is seeking qualified candidates for opportunities at Gombi and Hong LGAs of Adamawa State. 

Complaint & Feedback Mechanism Assistants

  • Manage and respond to complaints, feedback, and inquiries from beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain feedback mechanisms, including hotlines, suggestion boxes, and community forums.
  • Ensure confidentiality, sensitivity, and accountability in handling complaints and feedback.
  • Document and analyze complaints and feedback to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to follow up on complaints, investigate incidents, and provide resolution.
  • Provide information and guidance to beneficiaries on available services, assistance, and recourse mechanisms.
  • Prepare regular reports on complaints and feedback for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience for all Positions
• Relevant experience for the different roles and demonstration of capacity to hold the position.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or its equivalent preferably with social sciences.
• Demonstrated experience and commitment to working in conflict affected communities.
• Fluency in English and excellent writing skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Fair monitoring and evaluation skills/experience.
• Knowledge of project cycle management.
• Deep knowledge of the environment.
